Alison V P Baker, PA-C

Alison graduated with a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Myers, Fl. During PA school, she participated in Project SEED , which provides health screening and education to the underserved people of Immokalee, Fl. Her bachelor’s degree is in Public Health. She is a Florida native and enjoys living in the Gainesville area. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Daya Desai

Daya is a Physician Assistant in Dermatology at UF Health Springhill, specializing in clinical dermatology. She received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida and is passionate about providing comprehensive care to patients with diverse dermatologic needs. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and reading.

Mackenzie L Olson, PA-C

Mackenzie Olson is a Physician Assistant with the University of Florida’s Department of Dermatology. She graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2019. After completing her undergraduate degree, she worked as a medical assistant in a dermatology clinic, which sparked her passion for the field. 
 
She later attended the University of South Florida’s Physician Assistant program from 2021-2023. During her time at USF, she was named the Top Clinical Year Student for the class of 2023 and received the Excellence in Service Award for her volunteer contributions to USF Health and the greater Tampa community. Upon graduation, she was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honors Society. Mackenzie is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates and fellow member of the Florida Society of Dermatology PAs. She is board certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.

Destiny C. Wright, PA-C

Destiny is a native Floridian from Jacksonville, FL. She graduated with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Florida. Prior to this, she worked as a dermatology clinical assistant in St. Augustine which formed the foundation of her love for the specialty. Destiny is proud to be a first-generation college student. She enjoys cooking, trying new foods, music, and spending time with family and her small dog, Milo.

Amanda K Wnek, PA-C

Amanda attended the University of Florida for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees, including her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. During her studies, she participated in many extracurricular community service projects, including working at the Equal Access Clinic and participating in a mission trip overseas. Her service earned an award as the top 10% of her class in participation of community service and giving back to the community. She has been working at UFHealth Dermatology since 2021, and has enjoyed helping several adult and pediatric patients with varying skin conditions. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading and baking.
