About Pooja Gurnani

As a dermatologist at University of Florida Health and a clinical assistant professor at the UF College of Medicine, I am passionate about the field of dermatology, including skin cancer prevention and treatment.

I earned my medical degree from the Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami. I also completed a dermatology research fellowship at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery . My residency was done here at UF, where I participated in several research projects and earned the position of chief resident.

I am deeply committed to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to dermatological care through my volunteer work with the Equal Access Dermatology Clinic here in Gainesville, Florida.
