UF has one of the larger academic dermatopathology practices in the southeast and diagnose thousands of cases annually. All cases are read by the board-certified dermatopathologists who have over 60 years of combined experience.
Dermatopathology services are a beneficial element in education, research and a key source of funding for the Department of Dermatology. We provide technical and professional services and provide second opinions on any of your routine or complex cases. All cases will be billed to third party.

Uf Dermatopathology offers services in the review of skin biopsy & pathologic slides, immunohistochemistry, testing for onychomycosis, and consultation with hematopathologists. We focus on three primary areas of Dermapath; Academic, Clinical and Research.
